Our Ethos
The art of Chinese medicine is based upon following the principles of nature. It’s very foundation was developed upon having a keen sense of awareness to one’s environment, taking note of the subtleties, changes and ways of the landscapes and applying the same principle to observation of the body, mind and self.
In our fast-paced modern world, this connection to nature and ourselves has been severed. By re-establishing this sacred connection, we begin to truly heal by honoring our body’s intelligence and trusting its innate ability to heal- knowing when it needs stillness and when it’s time to bloom. Behind all of its efforts, the body is always seeking balance.
Whether you seek relief from chronic pain, fertility assistance, emotional release, or simply a space to breathe, we invite you to ground yourself here among the natural rhythms that have always guided life.
Meet Dayna
My practice of Chinese Medicine began in New York City at Pacific College of Health and Science, where I earned my Master of Science in Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization (MSAcCHM) and became board-certified and licensed in New York State.
My connection to the natural world began in childhood where I spent my days exploring the outdoors and observing its processes. This love for the environment led me to a career as a landscape architect, where I blended the natural and modern worlds by designing spaces that honored both.
Being naturally drawn to health and curious about how to maintain balance in our bodies and minds, my own journey toward understanding healing eventually led me to discover Chinese medicine and herbalism. These ancient practices not only helped me overcome my health challenges but also awakened a passion for sharing this wisdom with others.
My practice is all encompassing with having particular interests in treating emotional balance, pain management, trauma support, and women’s health.
